As the founder and CEO, my role encompassed setting the mission and vision for the company, designing the brand, and planning product specifications and design. I was also responsible for project management, sales, customer success, and team management.

At one point, we expanded by building multiple commission-based sales teams in different provinces across Argentina. However, the pandemic posed a significant challenge to this endeavor.

To support the technical side of the business, I had to learn a great deal about software engineering alongside my co-founder, who is a software engineer. While he handled most of the technical development, I significantly expanded my technical knowledge and contributed to some of the web development myself.
