At CLINC!, I began my tech career as a Customer Success agent, assisting our customer base in leveraging the full potential of the platform and guiding them through the initial setup process.
I progressively advanced to the role of Commercial Manager and eventually Product Owner. Throughout my time at CLINC!, I contributed to mobile app UI design, conducted product analysis, maintained continuous communication with our customers, and developed strategies to recover old customers.
CLINC! was later acquired by GLAMIT. Although I didn't have a strong influence in that process, I continued to work with the company for a few months before leaving to focus on my own business.
