My Contribution

I focused on a variety of tasks to enhance our platform and streamline operations. I designed new interfaces and features, conducted data analysis with SQL using Metabase, and managed the backlog. Additionally, I implemented customer experience and OKR frameworks within the company, created written and video tutorials for platform usage, and maintained comprehensive documentation.

My responsibilities also included continuous contact with users, supporting the commercial team, speaking at webinars, and implementing tools like Hubspot and task automation to improve efficiency.

At Zippin, I've had the opportunity to take on a variety of interesting and challenging tasks, including:

Assisting in sales activities and acquiring customers during the pandemic due to the high demand for e-commerce logistics.
Implementing HubSpot, which included creating dozens of automated workflows, sequences, SEO blogging, marketing integrations, and custom field synchronization for tailored triggers.
Speaking at several webinars to introduce customers to the platform and conduct Q&A sessions.
Recording extensive video tutorials and documenting numerous features.
Redesigning and developing the landing page using Bootstrap.
Engaging in conversations with customers to understand their pain points and enhance the platform.
Creating multiple data analytics dashboards using MySQL on Metabase.
Improving features based on user feedback doing UI design and PRDs, which increased satisfaction and conversion rates on the platform.
